Last Updated: February 2025 By using the Scheduled Rides feature in the GetRide app, you ("Rider" or "Driver") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms clarify that GetRide is a technology platform connecting riders with independent drivers while limiting GetRide’s liability. 1. GetRide is a Technology Platform 1.1. GetRide is not a transportation provider, taxi service, or vehicle-for-hire company. 1.2. GetRide does not own, operate, or control vehicles or employ drivers. 1.3. The GetRide app only facilitates connections between independent drivers and riders. 2. No Guarantee of Scheduled Rides 2.1. A scheduled ride is a request, not a guarantee that a driver will accept or be available. 2.2. GetRide does not guarantee punctuality, availability, or completion of scheduled rides. 2.3. Drivers may accept or decline scheduled rides, and riders acknowledge possible delays or cancellations. 3. Rider Responsibilities 3.1. Riders must be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time. 3.2. Riders must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details—changes may result in cancellation or extra charges. 3.3. Scheduling a ride does not create any contractual obligation on GetRide to provide transportation. 4. Driver Responsibilities 4.1. Drivers are independent contractors and control their own schedules and routes. 4.2.
