At GetRide, we’re always working to bring more value and convenience to our users—and now, we’re excited to announce a major update that transforms how people connect with essential services. Starting today, the GetRide app isn’t just for transportation . We’ve added a new Service Sharing feature that allows people to request and receive local services just like booking a ride! What Is Service Sharing? Just like ride requests, users will soon be able to post service requests in their area—whether it’s cleaning, home repairs, tutoring, haircuts, moving help, or anything else. They’ll describe the task, add the date/time, and upload photos if needed. That request is instantly sent to nearby service providers through the GetService Partner App , showing all the job details. Providers can then send their price offer along with a description of the service they’ll deliver.
